Visiting Student Researcher (VSR)

Please contact the ESS Student Services Manager when deciding to invite a VSR.  The Student Services Manager will submit the needed documentation on behalf of the department.

Step One:

• Student fills out Visiting Student Researcher Application and sends it along with required documentation to the Student Services Manager.

Step Two:

• Department creates Letter of Invitation and sends it to the student.

Step Three:

• Department sends all documentation to the registrar's office for approval. The registrar will email the approval/denial to Student Services Manager.
