The School of Earth Sciences maintains a moderated events calendar that is open for anyone on the Internet to see. Students, faculty and staff in the School may submit items to that calendar.
Individuals at Stanford with standard SUNet ID accounts (not guest accounts) have access to a personal online calendar that is visible anywhere in the world using a web browser, by connecting to the Zimbra system. You will have to provide your SUNet ID and password (via a secure web connection) to access your calendar. Zimbra also allows the creation of shared calendars.
