Abstract:

A scarcity of organic fuel and relevance of environmental protection necessitate the growth rates of development of practically inexhaustible, ubiquitous and pollution-free geothermal energy resources. The development of near-surface geothermal deposits for heat supply purposes is of significant importance.

A simulation economic-mathematical model has been developed, the algorithm and optimizing program of parameters and efficiency of near-surface systems of geothermal heat supply (NSGH) have been created to design and construct NSGH. Computer-aided estimations for a wide range of natural, power and economic conditions were carried out. Basic design and process-dependent variables of NSGH, exergy and economic parameters of the latter were defined. Their optimal values for heating self-contained houses under the conditions of the Yaroslavl region were recommended.
