Abstract
The Exchange is a three-story, semioctagonal commercial office building located in Farmington, Connecticut. The 265,000 square foot complex, built in 1971, is an AIA award winner. The building contains primarily office space, but a number of restaurants and commercial establishments are found on the ground and mezzanine levels. The Exchange was built as part of a Planned Unit Development that also contains 500 singlefamily rental and condominium units.
