Abstract
Geothermal activity is task that has high risk work accident. According to report of National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH, 1981), about 500.000 workers in United State of America suffer injury that is caused by overexertion every year. Two kinds of the accident are Low Back Pain (LBP) and Upper-Extrimity Cumulative Trauma Disorders (UECTDs). Work accidents happen because of ergonomic problem. One of concept that first focus of ergonomic is occupational biomechanic. Work assessment in geothermal needs tools ergonomic assessment that simple, quick, and flexible to be used. Ergonomic evaluation that had been use in many country and potential applied in Indonesia are Quick Exposure Check (QEC), Rapid Upper Limb Assessment (RULA), Rapid Entire Body Assessment (REBA), and Strain Index (SI). Research purpose is testing and evaluating validity, sensitivity, and reliability QEC, RULA, REBA, and Strain Index method in geothermal task for Indonesian worker. Validity test is based of Force Compression (Fc) value kind of geothermal task using 3DSSPP software and see the correlation with QEC, RULA, REBA, and Strain Index using Spearman test. Sensitivity Test is based of evaluate methods that has been valid (has correlation) in validity test. After that making group kind of task use one way Anova base of post-hoc tukey method. Reliability test is based of appraisal kinds of task by 10 responden to get Intraclass Correlation Coeficient (ICC) value. The result of test show: • The result of validity test is based of occupational biomechanic (L5/S1), value of Fc using software 3DSSPP is dominant task element (Fc1) validate with dominant task element strain index method (SI1) and risk (SI2). Risk task element (Fc2) validate with risk task element QEC (QEC2), risk task element RULA(RULA2), and risk task element REBA(REBA2). • The result of sensitivity test is based of method that has validated with using group base Fc one way Anova is dominant task element SI method (SI1) for dominant task element and risk element task REBA (REBA2) for risk task element. • The result of reliability test is based of ICC value is all method have high reliability
