Abstract
In the report the proposed strategy principles of a rocks thermal
energy development are stated. Basic stages of this strategy
are considered: market promotion of new mineral wedeth -
heat of the earth bowels; an estimation, division into districts
and manufacturing of geothermal resources maps;
development of technology and definition of technical and
economic parameters of mining and utilization of a rocks
thermal energy; development of scientific bases of a projection
and operation of the geothermal enterprises.
