In conditions of stratified reservoirs involved in the Bešeňová elevation low enthalpy hydrogeothermal structure, volumetric method application defines 60,74 PJ for deep and 4,27 PJ for shallow zone as recoverable heat in place. The solid body of deep reservoir in Mid Triassic carbonates of the Krížna Nappe is recognized as potential for onward development only. In terms of sustainable reservoir operation given by critical coordinate of < rcap = 0,5; treco = 100 years > due to reserve capacity method, the recommended rate rises up to 9,96 MWt (55,5 l.s-1). Compared to actual study defining an extraction capacity for 6,3 MWt or 35,8 l.s-1, the potential for development represents 3,31 MWt equal to 19,9 l.s-1. In that case, the deep reservoir would require 66 years to recover into initial conditions after operated at the constant pace for 100 years, if energy balance approach (production ratio) is accepted.
