Abstract
This paper will present Puna Geothermal Venture's plan to construct Hawaii's first commercial geothermal power plant - a 25 MW (net) twin turbine generator facility locat3ed in the east rift zone of the Kilauea Volcano in the southeastern portion of the Big Island of Hawaii.
