Abstract
The Valles Caldera is located in northern New Mexico and is one of the major silicic volcanic centers of the United States. Detailed temperature logs from seventy shallow boreholes (250 feet) and fifteen deep geothermal wells (5000-8000 feet) constitute the database for the present study.
