Abstract
A very important facet of a geothermal field development is the planning and control of he numerous physical activities and financial resources. A team of management consultants worked harmoniously with a team of engineers, geologist, drilling superintendants and tool pushers to install planning and control disciplines for a major geothermal undertaking.
