Ground Source (Geothermal) Vs Air to Water Heat Pumps Fight, A Reliability View

In Europe ground source heat pumps have been suffering the competition of a large offer of air-to water heat pumps. But what does happen on the reliability side? This article presents a study of the aftersales issues and defects, over 10 years, on both the technologies, we had to fix. Some statistical analysis can be done on the data collected.
