Stanford Geothermal Workshop
February 10-12, 2025

Welcome to the Stanford Geothermal Workshop. This is the abstract submission, paper handling and conference registration web system.

This system uses the same user name database as the World Geothermal Congress and the Stanford Geothermal Workshop, so if you've created a user name there previously, you can use it again here too.

If you don't have a User Name from before, you will create a User Name and Password for yourself, and use it each time you login to the system. You will only need to do this once. In the future, you will be able to login again with the same User Name and Password. This means that you will not have to enter your address information each year.

To reset your password using 'Forgot Password' -- enter your username, and your email address OR first and last names. if you did not previously have a username/password, please enter yourself as a New User on the next screen.

You can submit more than one abstract and paper, using the same user name.

In the new system, your interaction with the conference (before it begins) will have two or more steps:

  • Submit your abstract, by Thursday 10th October 2024.
  • Upload your paper (if abstract is accepted), by Friday 31st January 2025.
  • Register for the conference, and make payment [Early registration before Monday 6th January 2025].

You do not have to do these at the same time, you can revisit this site and do each separately.

Privacy Policy: Information that you enter here will be stored in a database and used to communicate with you during the processing of abstracts, papers and presentations at the event and at other geothermal conferences that share the same database. No information in this database will be shared with any third party, for any reason. You may have your information deleted from the database at any time, by contacting the organizers (although this will permanently remove any abstracts or completed papers that you have submitted).
