Observatory
monitors volcanic activity on the Hawaiian
Islands. The website
provides daily updates on the continuing eruption of
Kilauea volcano as
well as monthly updates on Mauna Loa. The website
also contains
plenty of information describing Hawaii's other
volcanoes, volcanic
hazards, current earthquakes, and movies of volcanic
activity!

The Cascades Volcano
Observatory
is responsible for monitoring the volcanoes in the
Cascades range
(Northern California, Oregon, Washington State, and
British
Columbia). The site has updates and information on
numerous
volcanoes and is celebrating the 30th anniversary of the
May 18, 1980
eruption of Mount St. Helens.

Islands. The site
