Gail’s Savory (Dog) Biscuits

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Put in blender:
1 tub chicken livers (about 3/4 lb.), raw, drained
1/2 c vegetable oil
1/2 c baby carrots
1/2 c parsley, packed (optional)
1 egg
1 T garlic powder
2 T curry powder
1/2 tsp salt
Blend until carrots are flecks.
Pour mixture into bowl. Stir in:
1-1/2 c flour
3 c rolled oats (regular, not instant)
1 tsp baking soda

Drop onto lightly oiled cookie sheet by rounded teaspoonfuls.
Bake at 350 degrees for 17 minutes.
Cool biscuits on rack.
Makes 5-6 dozen biscuits.
Store portions in freezer in ziploc plastic bags.
