Summer Research Opportunity
SURGE (Summer Research in Geosciences and Engineering)
SURGE is a fully funded 8-week, summer residential program in the School of Earth Sciences that combines a rigorous research assignment with a comprehensive training and mentoring program. For more information, please visit: http://oma.stanford.edu/surge.html
The School of Earth Sciences is a proud participant in the Leadership Alliance Summer Research-Early Identification Program (SR-EIP). This program enables undergraduates from around the country to work on a research project under the supervision of a Stanford faculty for eight weeks in the summer. To apply to the SR-EIP, please visit the Leadership Alliance website at: http://www.theleadershipalliance.org. Then click “summer programs”. The deadline for Summer 2012 is in February.
