Ian Montgomery, Earth Systems Student Advisor

Earth Systems Program

Ian is an Earth Systems senior (his track is anthrosphere).  Ian studied at Hopkins Marine Station, as well as in Madrid through the Bing Overseas Studies Program.  Last summer he participated in a voyage to find shipwrecks in the Black Sea; two summers ago he kayaked from Monterey to San Diego.  He is a fraternity member (Kappa Alpha), a surf club member, and tutored for EPATT.  Ian also participated in Stanford Sophomore College and did research with the Stanford Lane Center for the American West.
