Personnel

			Amy Balsom Senior Associate Dean, Finance and Administration Amy oversees and is accountable for all fiscal activities for the school. She is responsible for faculty recruitment and retention activities as well as policy development and implementation. Amy also oversees the appointment and promotion process. She provides overall guidance and direction on human resources matters for the school.

			Jerry Harris Associate Dean for Academic Affairs and Diversity Jerry chairs the Earth Sciences Council and reviews all appointment and promotions packages.
