Personnel

			Amy Balsom Senior Associate Dean, Finance and Administration Amy oversees and is accountable for all fiscal activities for the school. She is responsible for faculty recruitment and retention activities as well as policy development and implementation. Amy also oversees the appointment and promotion process. She provides overall guidance and direction on human resources matters for the school.
			Sue Crutcher Human Resources Manager and Faculty Affairs Officer for the Schools of Earth Sciences Sue provides human resources services to the departments and programs within the school. She maintains personnel files and generates offer letters.
