Amy Balsom
Senior Associate Dean, Finance and Administration
Amy oversees and is accountable for all fiscal activities for the school. She is responsible for faculty recruitment and retention activities as well as policy development and implementation. Amy also oversees the appointment and promotion process. She provides overall guidance and direction on human resources matters for the school. |

Jane Chen
Finance Director
Jane Manages all school finances, particularly those funds held at the school level. She also assists school units in their own fiscal management. |

Elena Serrano
Administrative Associate
Elena handles the School's PCard and is the petty cash custodian. She also processes travel reimbursements, is back up to the Executive Assistant to the Dean, and assists the Finance Director as well as the Senior Associate Dean for Finance and the Director for External Relations. |
