The conference aims at being environmentally friendly, limiting the distribution of paper and plastic materials. Conference delegates will only receive a practical program overview and a name badge that contains a 1Gb USB drive with conference details and papers. Each speaker and poster presenter is allowed to submit an ascii abstract as well as a single PDF file (<5Mb) that will be included on the drive.
