Research in Rock Physics encompasses experimental, theoretical and computational studies of the elastic wave velocities, hydraulic permeability and electrical properties of rocks and soils. The research is applicable to a wide range of interdisciplinary problems involving the state and movement of fluids in the earth's crust. For additional information see
