REGIONAL TECTONICS
Integrated tectonic and structural studies that use seismic observations as their cornerstone have been undertaken at a number of geographic locations and different geologic provinces. Investigations have been carried out in the Mariana Island Arc, Alaska, Tibet, Hawaii, the Eastern Snake River Plain and the New Madrid Seismic Zone.
