Eruption on a Mid-ocean ridge

	This animation was created using data from NOAA collected by a seismic instrument deployed in Axial Caldera. Several months after deployment, the mid-ocean ridge erupted and lava flowed underneath the instrument, and did not destroy it. More information see the Nemo Explorer web site.
