Meeting Logistics

Airports and transportation to campus
Stanford is located halfway between the San Francisco and San Jose airports. Allow 45 minutes travel time by car during non-rush hours. Between 7 and 9 am and 4 and 6 pm, the trip will take up to one hour and 15 minutes.

Lodging
Make your hotel reservations soon. Accommodations in the Stanford area are difficult to find at the last minute. To find list of accommodations in order of distance from the campus, click hotel reservations. Price is a good indicator of quality.
