Sebastien Matringe won the 2008 SPE International Student Paper Contest (PhD Division) with his paper titled "Accurate streamline tracing on three-dimensional tetrahedral and hexahedral grids".

This annual international contest was held during the SPE Annual Technical Conference and Exhibition in Denver, Colorado, 21-24 September 2008.  The 2008 international contest was among  the winners of the regional SPE student paper contests held worldwide in 2007.
