About Us
We are the Stanford Student Chapter of the International Association of Mathematical Geology.
Our chapter is based in Stanford, California and is associated with the School of Earth Sciences at Stanford University. We have a broad range of educational and research focus including Energy Resources Engineering, Geology, and Geophysics. As a chapter of a university which pioneered in various branches of applied sciences, our mission is to keep our members up-to-date regarding new software and new methods that are used in mathematical geology.
