RESERVATION AVAILABILITY
All reservations received less than one
month
prior to the workshop will be accepted on a space availability basis.
After
the cut-off date, rooms may or may not be available.
ROOM GUARANTEE
Each individual will need to guarantee their
room
reservations. This guarantee can be made with a credit card at time of booking. In the
event
that any reservations are not canceled 24 hours prior to day of arrival ( 6:00 pm the day prior), it will be necessary for the Cardinal Hotel to charge the
credit
card for the first night's room and tax.
