Welcome to the Stanford Geothermal Workshop. We have implemented a new abstract submission, paper handling and conference registration web system. In this new system you will create a User Name and Password for yourself, and use it each time you login to the system. You will only need to do this once. In the future, you will be able to login again with the same User Name and Password. This means that you will not have to enter your address information each year. You can submit more than one abstract and paper, using the same user name. In the new system, your interaction with the conference (before it begins) will have two or more steps: You do not have to do these at the same time, you can revisit this site and do each separately. New in this system, you have the ability to add a small photo to your registration. This will show in the Participant List and also in the abstract. People who preview the abstract and think it interesting will be able to find you more easily at the conference. Adding a photo is completely optional. If you choose to do this, you can upload your photo by clicking on My Profile, after creating your User Name. Please note that the normal registration will end about a week before the conference starts, and that the registration fee for late or onsite registration is significantly higher (this is new this year). We encourage you to register before the cut-off date for normal registration [Friday 1st February 2013]. You will save even more if you register before the Early registration cut-off date, Tuesday 1st January 2013. |
